Quoted the apparent 'wrong price' after paying up front and having a written receipt detailing the repairs they were contracted to do. The man I spoke to to try and get more money off me was rude, hung up on me 3 times, swore at me. Told me to shut up. Mocked me. He was basically extremely rude and unhelpful and agressive. Which to be frank is not customer service. It's bullying. Then trying to pass the blame on me, the customer, for the staff member who gave me a figure for the repair job and took my money and gave me a receipt she wrote herself. Now they are saying I'm trying to get money off. When it's already been paid for. With the audacity to phone me asking me for more money. I would never deal with this company and certainly not recommend them to anyone. I have reported them to trading standards and will be taking this matter further. One extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and ill treated member of the public. They are con artists.
